Our Capability

OUR CAPABILITY

Strecher enabled RRV

Our RRV's (Rapid Response Vehicles) are all 'stretcher equipped', meaning they meet the definition of an ambulance, and can respond to incidents.

We can transport patients to the edge of your event footprint, using these resources, and then handover to another crew

Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard, and are fully equipped - we are fully insured for 'blue light' use, and our drivers are all qualified to NHS standards of driving (CERAD)

Always ask your medical provider if they have blue light qualified drivers - and ask to see evidence of certificates. We provide this as standard to all event clients who require the use of blue light vehicles at their event.

Fully equipped treatment centre

EMS owns and operates a fully equipped first aid / medical centre at events. We have the ability to modular size the event centre, being made of professional grade 6mx3m marquees - including a reception area, heated and lit treatment areas, and control area. We have the ability to grow the treatment centre in size to whatever is needed at your event.

Dedicated control room

We have a 20ft control room trailer, fully equipped with the latest technology, able to pinpoint our medical vehicles and teams locations.

We run a CAD system, logging each and every deployment, and can 'live view' our vehicles CCTV, along with radio comms.

Our base unit has a dedicated control workstation, along with the same facilities as our mobile control - enabling our control staff wo work 'locally' to our base, in a warm, dry environment, without the hussle and bussle of the event itself. They have full access to our radio comms and CCTV systems, using the same funcionality as on the road.

Qualified & experienced medical teams

Professional event medical plans

Our medical team all come from the NHS. We are proud of this, as it provides to you, our client, the best of the best - people who treat patients day in, day out.

We can supply from first aiders, through to Critial care paramedics, Doctors, and consultant led emergency teams.

As part of our standard package, we always produce a medical management plan. This plan sets out everything from how many staff we are bringing and their grades, to the nearest helicopter landing point.

Our major incident trained managers will always advise you and your event to ensure you have the best level of coverage, and will of course, attend and liase with the emergency services to ensure that the medical plan is robust, and explained in full at any SAG meetings.
